My ProConnect firm is merging with another ProConnect firm. It would be a real time saver to be able to transfer client data and return history so we don't have to enter the information manually.

I don't believe you can but @kreinard may be able to add a more definitive answer.

In certain situations we are able to move tax returns from one account to another.
This process can take some time to complete and requires some action by both firm owners.
Please reach out to us via chat or phone in order to determine if this information is able to be moved and to begin this process. I know things can be hectic for firms right now during the deadline day so feel free to contact us once things have hopefully calmed down a bit!
While this process is usually completed quickly, I'd allow for approximately 4 weeks (after we've received consent) in the event that volume, complexity, or unforeseen circumstances create delays.

Hi, I really need some help with this. I need to move several clients from one firm to another. Both firms use ProConnect and both are cooperating. How do I get this started? Thanks in advance for your help.

Okay, here is the fish, since the fishing lesson did not seem to be productive.
