I am trying to register my EFIN with ProConnect Tax Online. To do this, I need my EFIN Summary. I can get this by going onto the IRS' E-Services. When I login to this system, it asks me to validate myself with a piece of financial information. All of my financial assets (credit card, auto loan , mortgage) is in my maiden name. I am now married. The EFIN is also under my married name. So providing this data with my maiden name won't reconcile with the name I used to get the EFIN. I can't call the IRS due to the government shutdown.
Is there an alternative I can provide ProConnect Tax Online other than the EFIN Summary?

Yes, if you are attempting to but are unable to during shutdown, you will go through the normal process, but there is a checkbox when you go to submit that you "cannot access my Application Summary today on e-Services".,.... and request temporary access. In order to allow for your request official documents that will allow temporary efile capability until e-Services is able to be accessed are documentation that is official that have the name, address and EFIN within the last 5 years. (PTIN registration, EFIN acceptance letters that are older, EFIN status reports with TY17 activity)
