I have a question that I need to contact support for. In the left hand tabs, the "Live Chat" says "offline". Can someone tell me if its closed down due to the virus? Or am I just in the wrong timezone and it hasn't opened yet? I can't seem to find the hours they're available, post April 15th.
Side note... I'm currently on a phone conference that will last until noon and can't call.
