There is no entry. CA requires the number, but there is no place for it in the input or on the CA Forms.

You do need a PTIN and there is a place for that input. https://www.irs.gov/tax-professionals/ptin-requirements-for-tax-return-preparers

There is also AFSP. Again, no place to enter it https://www.irs.gov/tax-professionals/annual-filing-season-program
