New York requires that the Preparer Name and Preparer PTIN are present in the e-file for ALL returns transmitted using a professional product. This includes returns marked as Self-Prepared or Non-Paid Preparer.

My name is entered on the suggested field yet the diagnostic won't clear.  Any ideas? What am I missing?
