Hi @NPaul and @jenndp , 2025 user access is required to print from the program.  ProConnect has been set to match ProSeries and Lacerte, which also have annual user access fees called fastpaths that the users pay for that grants them program access each year.  There is no way to print from the program without having user access.  This user access fee is not a new fee.  It went into effect for Tax Year 2024 which started January 1, 2025.  If you have further questions, please contact ProConnect Support  as anything with user access to the program can't be handled through the communities channel.
