I have a handful of 1120S returns ready to file, but I keep getting an error saying unsuccessful. Has anyone else encountered this error? I did a chat with the helpdesk but they could not figure it out.

@mchebatoris I have a few questions for you regarding your concern. I will do my best to provide some assistance!
- Have they tried popup blockers?
- Perhaps a new extension that they have this year that gets triggered after visiting certain other websites?
- VPNs that are blocking it this year?
- Using ProConnect in an incognito window?
- Different browser?
