Has anyone had problems with refunds from ProConnect?

I purchased Tax Returns on 12/22/2025 for multiple clients to be used for 2024 and prior years. I then found out on 1/12/2026 that I could only use my tax returns purchased for 2024 not for the years that I purchased for in which I made multiple purchases based on need since it was the end of 2024.

There have been a few other times I was told to submit for a refund in the past 2 years each time my refunds were never issued.

Even though I like the additions to ProConnect I have to be honest to all who see this I will not be processing near the tax returns I processed last year and I am only staying with ProConnect because the tax season is starting now and I am already processing.

I will not continue with ProConnect after 2025 Tax Year! Due to Thievery I will not be taken advantage anymore.
