When reviewing the 1065 page 4, the Designated Partnership Representative is not showing the letters "S" and "R" if they are next to each other in the name. It is correct when entering it in the partner information screen.

You posted in the wrong part of the community. That is more a report a problem, rather than how to improve the product.
My guess is that the entry for that name is corrupted. Go into the client data and delete that entry totally and then exit the client. Go back into the program and enter the name again and see if that works. Sometimes gremlin ASCII characters sneak in and hid in the data.
