Hi All,
I am trying to export from QBO to Proconnect but QBO is not able to find the return that's already created. Is there a solution to this? It keeps telling me to create a new return. I have created the return in 2024 tax year and rolled it over to 2025. Please let me know if there's a solution to this.

I have seen this article but I already have the return rollover from 2024 which I had manually entered (not coming from QBO), would that make a difference?
