It isn't a billing issue.  I purchased credits in December.  In fact, Intuit was happy to take another $32.45 from me today to buy another credit.  The program isn't allowing users to apply those credits to tax returns.  This is a huge problem that I now have to go explain to my client.  Not cool guys!
