I used Proseries Professional for 2017. For 2018 I will use the Proconnect product. I can't see how to transfer the 2017 clients to the 2018 Proconnect.

You can't directly transfer. The files have to be converted... IF that's possible. I'll see if I can tag someone to answer if it can be done.

Data conversion tool only works with Microsoft Windows system? Is there a workaround for MAC?

@Taxes4life Since PTO is cloud based, once you convert your 2017 PS, it can be accessed from any browser. Do you have PS2017 on a MAC?
