Facing the same issue on our 2024 filings. Really amazing how you can have a recurring issue for a basic 1099-R form and never actually address the problem year after year since it doesn't impede federal filings. We haven't had a single year without issues on our state filings (Ohio or otherwise) caused by ProConnect Tax. Ignoring the diagnostic is an option, but no guarantee it's accepted. Bumping to see if others found a fix.
