The Proconnect Tax Program does not compute the proper underpayment penalty for Form 990 PF.  

The form does not update the interest rates.  Intuit did not update 2023 forms.  There is a place

to add the interest rate but the override does not work.  Has anyone filed a Form 2220 for a Form 990PF?
