One thing I missed from ProSeries was the mailing slips for when I absolutely had to mail out a copy of the return to the client or when I had to paper file a return. Since I'm on ProConnect now, I just made a pdf Mailing Slip Sheet where I can copy and paste the address in.
Here is the Google Drive link to the PDF file
The envelopes it is designed to fit in are Product 07-445 InTax Envelope: 10 x 13 Landscape Peel & Seel

Then what do you do for postage? I buy windowless envelopes from Amazon (lower cost, and free shipping), then print 4"x6" labels with postage using stamps.com. Have to copy and paste the recipient name into the postage software, but it's already set up with my return address (could have a logo, if I wanted).

I have a Dymo LabelWriter 450 Twin Turbo Printer to print the stamps and I'll use Stamps.com.
In my personal version of the PDF I save my return address in there, so I only have to copy and paste over the client address. I also created a Cover Page too for the tax returns, but not sure if anyone is interested in that.

So using stamps (on the expensive stamps.com stock), your mail qualifies as a "flat" ? I try to get my mailings into the "package" category, so I get a tracking number. But much of what I mail are originals, not copies.
