Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to remote control customer computers.  Also since it is a browser issue it would not be something that ProConnect support would handle as that is considered to be a Windows issue.  The only other option I could think of would be to try somewhere like a Best Buy Geek Squad that could actually look at your computer in person instead of remote access.  I'm sorry but that is the best option I can think of.
