I can’t count the number of times I have done all that as well as with Dell Tech Support on the phone doing all of that. I have spent many hours many times searching for what could be the problem, how to resolve it, and taking all those steps as well as reaching out to all support available to me including Intuit, Dell Tech Support, and my internet provider Cox Technical Support, spending many hours on the phone with them having remote access to my computer. None of the steps worked. My issue has not been resolved.
i am using Safari on my iPhone 11 to access your reply to my question and post this reply. Unfortunately, I have not figured out a way to ask a question using this phone. What I need is for support to have remote access to attempt to do that. I don’t know if that is even possible. Do you?
