I have unresolved issues signing into Intuit Accountants Community on my Dell XPS 8930 computer using any of my browsers -- Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge. ProConnect Tax Support says the issue is not the website, it's something on my computer. Dell Tech support says the issue is the website, not something on my computer.I have spent lots of time trying to get help with this issue to no avail.
I learned this week that I can use a computer at my local library and have no issues signing into Intuit Accountants Community, posting a reply, giving cheers, and now asking a question using the steps in Community Basics. I would rather not have to use a public computer to do this.
I am able to find my questions and replies using my iPhone 11 and Reply to Message. However, I have not figured out how to ask the community a question using my cell phone. Can someone please help me?
If someone can tell me why I always get redirected from https://accountants.intuit.com/community/ to https://www.intuit.com/ on my Dell XPS 8930 computer at my home, I would be very very appreciative. If I can't resolve this issue, I am seriously considering changing my Username from nmms to unhappy camper! 😕 😞
