Taxpayer has a work visa, which disqualifies him to alim the EIC, credit where do i go to state the client isn't a US citizens. Every where i have looked is either for the spouse or making him a US citizen. The other option is Taxpayer (or spouse if MFJ) SSN not valid for work or EIC purposes. But the taxpayer does ha a SS valid for work only.
