Hello @MelMac, welcome to the community. 

Have you tried editing Preparer Information? If not, try this- 
1. Click Settings in the top-right corner. 

2. Select Preparer Information.

3. Check the DEFAULT option for the preparer assigned as the default ERO contact. (see article here) 
4. Navigate to Form 8879 to confirm the correct name is listed.
