You better ask your client again.  That error started up a couple years back and preparers all swore that the client didn't a get a 1095A.  However, after some additional grilling by the tax preparer, I have yet to see anyone come back and say that the error message was wrong.  Sometimes clients will have the coverage very briefly and forget about it until you push the issue a bit.
