Is it not possible to have a user role where I can have an admin or employee have access to printing in ProConnect and billing in QuickBooks without access to payroll data? 

Advanced tax access - No payroll access, but not sales access so they can't invoice. 

Advanced tax and books access - Sales access to invoice, but now payroll access. 

Advanced tax and books admin - Access to everything, including payroll information.
