How in the world the I accept an invite from a client for their QBO (we use the QBOA integration with ProConnect) and have it map to an existing client?  Do I really have to call ProConnect and have all the past returns moved over to the new client that is connected to their QBO subscription?

Has no one else had this issue?  Every time a pre-existing client migrates to QBO and invites us, I have to spend at least 30 minutes on the phone with ProConnect help to have ITO Care copy over the return to the new QBO connected client.  It is insanity.
