Right now, I don't care about the proforma data as I will then be proforma'ing the returns.  I did wait until late December to bring the returns over.  I did run a test on one client that I deleted the 2024 return, which allowed me to bring it over again and it worked.

I spoke with a "supervisor" at Intuit and not only did he not understand the issue, he didn't even care.  He refused to escalate the issue or even just speak with his manager.

Customer Service is an oxymoron for Intuit
