I have two clients and their client information and prior year's tax returns have switched. I cannot get them back. My QBO is correct but ProConnect is not. I called QBO and they confirmed my clients on the QBO side of things are connected to the proper subscriptions. Does someone know how to fix this? As I am creating other returns I am worried this may happen again for whatever reason it happened once.
