I am unable to access my pro connect link account nor print any returns due to the above error. I have already paid for the User Access fee and also pre-ordered tax returns. There is some technical issue, which I am being told the development team is looking into. I have been following up regularly but still there is no date available as to when this would be resolved. Is there any one else facing the similar issue or is it just me?
