Intuit loves to take more money from its customers, but hates to give any money back.  You can always try calling and begging for some money back, but don't bank on it.  There is some wiggle room with the downloadable software getting some money back before you download it, but I'm not sure what the rules are for the cloud version.  My weather forecast would be plan on some stormy weather coming from that cloud as you attempt to get a refund.
