It sounds like the problem isn't transferring to Schedule 3, it is calculating the credit on 8911.
I assume you have double-checked that everything is filled out on the screens?
I don't use ProConnect Online, but there has to be some way to see Part 3. My guess is that there is no credit due to the limits with AMT (lines 16-18 of 8911), but until you can see the actual form, it is difficult to tell you for sure.
