You should be able to print, review, sign, date and put in stamped envelope to the IRS Service Center for where you live. Be sure to send 1040 separately from whatever state tax returns you were given. 

There is no pdf import to create an e-file. You could input all the data again, but I think the cost of paper, envelope and stamp is much cheaper than the time involved.
