Has anyone been able to use the new Proconnect feature that allows you to import prior year 1040 to setup a new client? I tried to follow the steps on Intuit's site (Importing a prior year 1040 to set up a new client), but I don't see the "Import" button.

Is this feature live yet?

I contacted support this afternoon. The agent informed me that it was not possible and that the feature did not exist. I had to waste about 15 minutes with her to convince her to look on Intuit's site. Intuit support is a joke.
