My client accepted his invitation to Link and uploaded 18 docs. Unfortunately, his uploads did not "link" to a tax return. Support says there is no way to retrieve this info and I will have to resend the invitation and the client will have to redo everything. This is not acceptable. There needs to be a way for the tax preparer to access these docs. we can see that they are in link. I am sure some smart engineer at Intuit can figure out a way to get these docs out.
