Which state(s), and what kind of tax (non-resident mineral withholding? state estimates paid?)?

The state income tax is not deductible on the state return for Massachustts.  I am updating the 1120s return with data from Quickbooks.  Is there a way to show the State tax on the federal returns that will update the state return showing the non-deducable state tax.
