I am preparing an Ohio state return for a client that resided in Cleveland (2.0%local income tax withholding rate) but worked in Reminderville Twinsburg TWP JEDD (1.5% local income tax withholding rate). Their W-2 local withholding is for Reminderville Twinsburg TWP JEDD so I prepared Forms 37 and 120-16-IR. I tried using the option to print blank estimates and also suppress estimates, but neither removed the estimated tax amounts from Form 120-16-IR Section B-1. Is there a workaround to delete the 2023 Cleveland estimated tax?
