Client called me stating that the IRS did not pull the money on the requested payment date. Verified account and routing is correct, ProConnect generated the e-file Payment Record. Returns are in "Accepted" status. Pull was set for 4/14 and still nothing hitting the bank. How do we know the IRS payment is going to go through? Or is there some assurance from the the system that the request for payment went in?
