Don't think it can be done within the same federal return.

Even when MA mandates MFS where the couple's residency periods are different, ProConnect Tax doesn't provide for different dates to be entered for the taxpayer and spouse under Part-Year/Nonresident Info.

You'll probably need to proforma two MFS federal returns to accomplish what you want to do.
