I have several clients who work with the United Nations Pan American Health Organization.  Rather than a W-2 they receive a pay statement indicating wages paid and remittances sent to US and state for withholding.  The UN supplies no EIN and none of the ones found online allow for acceptance when filing the Federal electronically. Is there any remedy other than filing via paper?
