I have a client that wants to pay by refund. She signed and returned her forms to me. According to the directions, Once I receive the signed forms, I:

1. Go to the Input Return tab.
2. Go back to the Pay-By-Refund screen.
3. Scroll down to the Review and Consent section and complete all applicable fields.

The only issue is that there is no "Review and Consent" section on this screen. I have confirmed that I am approved through TPG and that is the company selected for this client.

Has this happened to anyone else? Can someone guide me through this so that I can file this return?
