You likely made an entry for "Car and truck expenses [Adjust]:" Remove that and do entries in Deductions > Vehicle/Emp. Bus. Expense (2106) > 2nd entry is "Form (Click on arrow to select from list)" select your schedule c from there and make the necessary entries, including a link to depreciation, if needed.
