A 1065 is not a form in a return.  A 1065 is a partnership return.  Check out the IRS website.

And, has nothing to do with getting your EFIN, or it being denied.

Do you mean your partnership entity was denied an EFIN for failure to be current in your tax filings? Sounds like an issue you need to take up with your tax professional before you try to process your efin application.
