PreparerPersonGrp must have value.

Solution: The Preparer assigned to the return must have a phone number. Go to Settings, Preparer Info, and verify that the Preparer assigned to the return has a phone number.

I have checked the solution and we do have the correct phone number listed. I called support and tried changing from Self Pre-pared to Non-Paid Preparer as suggested but was rejected. I have changed my Designee PIN because was told that the ERO and Designee PIN should not match. My return was rejected again.
