You are looking for a RAL, Refund Advancement Loan. That is what this product is, except your fee also comes out of that loan. Read the page and links carefully.

I am still not seeing an option to advance loans there within pay-by-refund.

I THINK this page may reference the loan portion, but it mentions 2021 and does not address 2022. You may be best to contact support.

Yes.  This article seems to be specific to Proseries instead of ProConnect :-(.

Again, I think you need to contact Support.
