On a california return input I have gone to premium tax credit page but it is still calculating ISR penalty. I don't know why it isn't working. Ideas?

On "Minimum Essential Coverage Not Indicated Elsewhere" field, put "1" (entire household covered for all months). If this helps, please go to the link in my signature and vote FOR the idea. Thanks!
