Am I not suppose to check the box in the File Return screen for the federal amended? I'm also not seeing a spot to put a "1" nor select a state in a drop down in File Return - Amendment. I do have the "Amending federal return" box checked and "1" for "amending state return in the following path: Input - Miscellaneous Forms - Amended Return - General information and federal - Gen. Info. & 1040X. If that is the box and "1" you are referring to, it does not seem to fix the error. Let me know if I should be looking elsewhere. Thanks!
