We stopped working with a client on Bookkeeping and they removed us as an accountant from their QBO and now their tax returns and all my work papers are missing from ProConnect. When I call tech support they said the only way to see them is to have the client re-add me but if she takes me off then I'll lose them again. It seem CRAZY that they are linked without my knowledge. When asked the rep can't even tell me which of my clients are linked in this way.
HELP!!!! Any ideas on how to get the files back and make sure this doesn't happen again?
