You should double check that the EFIN registration did not fall off your account for some reason. When in PTO:
- Click on the gear icon in the bottom-left for Settings;
- In the popup screen, under TOOLS, click on EFIN Registration/Update.
If your EFIN registration shows Approved, you should contact Intuit Support for help. Otherwise, follow the instructions in this article to resubmit your EFIN for update:
