I echo @IRMN there is no way to tell what is draft vs final.  That being said, as long as you don't change any of the critical information like client file #, type of return, etc.  the program will not prompt for payment AGAIN once it is final.  You are paying for the "authorization" of the return to print/efile not for the final or draft version.  Hope that clarifies
