In the past years, sales tax was Not charged when I bought some Pay Per Return(PPR) Fees. I'm located in Oklahoma. For the 2021 tax year, I was charged local and state sales taxes on my purchase of PPR fees. I download all my Intuit software so I thought no sales taxes in Oklahoma??

Intuit charges Iowa sales tax on purchase as well. Technically Iowa exempts pre-written tax software from sales tax. Intuit does not know this, so I have to file a state sales tax refund form to retrieve my $500 or so each year.
Maybe Oklahoma also gives refund if Intuit collects tax incorrectly. Does Oklahoma charge sales tax on software?

Is there any software that is not digital? Even in Oklahoma?
