i successfully did a conversion, got the email saying it was done and to go back and do the download.  After the download, it said to close ProSeries and open it back up and it would prompt to open the converted files. Nothing.  I've done it sooo many times, and it won't trigger it.

what am i missing?  how can I trigger it manually?
