Fill it out manually?

I cannot tell from a client's 2020, but it is filled in in his. The items are green, which typically means carried over from prior year, so if it was manually filled out in 2019 it was carried into 2020.

Otherwise, apparently you need to did it yourself. This is also true with PA officers' names, etc on returns. The PA info does not come from the federal info.
