Did you prepare the 2019 return?   If yes, any Sec179 carryover will come forward (or at least it should) when return is transferred into 2020.       If you didn't prepare the 2019, then find Arkansas worksheet that such information would be on and enter your carryover amounts.   For Indiana it is the Activity Worksheet.
